Sin embargo, su uso indebido o excesivo puede llevar a lesiones graves, especialmente en los tendones y poleas de los dedos. Aqu\u00ed tienes una rutina simple y efectiva para preparar tus dedos antes de usar regletas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 1.
